  • Return Period: You have a magical window of 21 days from when you first welcomed our product into your kingdom to send it back for a full refund or exchange. Remember, after 21 days, the magic seal closes!
  • Condition & Packaging: For a successful return or exchange, make sure your item is snuggled in its original packaging, just like it arrived.
  • How to Wave the Magic Wand: Ready for a return or exchange? Just send your item on a journey back to us within those 21 enchanted days. Need a map or some friendly guidance? Visit our website or call upon our customer service team.

Personalized Items Returns

  • Return of Unique Treasures: Our personalized items are like stars in the sky - unique and bright. If there’s a cloud blocking their shine (a defect) or you need our wise owls to take a second look, we’re here for you.
  • Review Process: Found a hiccup in your personalized item? Contact our magical council, and we’ll conjure up a solution just for you.
  • Return Process for Stars that Lost Their Twinkle: If we find your item has lost its sparkle due to a defect, we’ll guide you on how to send it back for a refund or exchange.

Additional Enchanted Details


  • Refunds: We’ll return your gold (process your refund) to the original treasure chest (payment method) once we’ve received and inspected the item. Just give it a little time to make its way back to you.
  • Carriage Costs (Shipping Costs): While we’d love to have magical portals, for now, returning items requires a carrier pigeon (or modern mail). These costs are a quest for the customer and are not refundable by the kingdom.
